Are there minimum orders for Embroidery?

There are NO minimum order quantities on our embroidery services. 

What are the logo setup fees?

If we haven't worked with your logo previously, the logo requires digitizing. It's $70 to set up a logo for the front of a garment, $100 to set up a rear logo, and $130 to set up a front & rear together (Save $40).

What is Digitizing?

Digitizing is the process of creating an Embroidery File. It recreates the provided image into stitches, so it's compatible with our software and machines. 

How long does the digitizing process take?

1-2 business days

What file format is required to digitize my logo?

JPEG, PNG, PDF, PSD, AI, EPS, SVG.

Do I need to approve my logo once it's digitized?

All new logos are to be signed off for quality assurance. This offers us an opportunity to discuss colours, sizes and pricing if any changes are necessary. We won't start embroidery on your garments without the logo approval first. 

How often do you order from your suppliers?

Weekly. 

Do you offer Screen Printing services?

Yes. However, there is a minimum order quantity of 20 garments. Please get in touch with us for further information.

Yes. Whether rebranding or starting something from scratch, we can help design a logo for a business, team or brand. Contact us for more information.
